Edinson Cavani says that he will wait to discover whether he is leaving Napoli this summer as Manchester City and Chelsea continue to be linked to the striker.

Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has claimed that he is unsure of where his future lies following reports linking the Uruguayan to the Premier League.

The 25-year-old has been touted as a possible transfer target for Manchester City and Chelsea, but the frontman has maintained that he is "happy" in Italy.

"I do not know anything about what happened or what is happening," Cavani told Goal.com.

"I am only thinking about these matches with the national team, which will close the season. After this, I want to go on holiday, which will be very important. The truth is that I am fine and happy at Napoli. We will see what happens in the transfer market."

Cavani has netted a total of 33 goals this season.
