Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has expressed his delight at a goal for striker Radamel Falcao in their 3-1 win over Leicester City on Saturday.
The Colombian netted his fourth goal for the Red Devils since his loan move from Monaco last summer, and Van Gaal has admitted that his striker needed that goal badly.
He told MUTV: "I'm more happy that Falcao scored because I think Robin [van Persie] has scored enough goals already.
"Falcao needs that goal more than Robin. But, after all, it's fantastic they scored. Beautiful goals I think, with very quick transition for the goal by Falcao, with Robin also having a big part in it, so I'm very happy."
Van Gaal has the option to sign Falcao permanently this summer, for a fee rumoured to be around £40m.
