Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has described Cristiano Ronaldo as the "perfect teammate".
The Portugal international won his second consecutive Ballon d'Or award last week in Zurich, but Ancelotti believes that Ronaldo is more focused on the team collective rather than individual awards.
"Cristiano is perfect as a teammate," he told France Football. "He loves scoring goals but has now grown as a team player. He's currently the best passer of the ball in La Liga and this shows he can also be a generous player too.
"Firstly, he has an unbelievable talent and an amazing fitness level, with an incredible capacity to keep on working to improve himself. And there is also his fantastic work rate. Cristiano takes everything seriously and has a professionalism to be admire."
Ronaldo has scored 36 goals in 30 games this season.
