Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly on the brink of completing the free transfer of Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic.
After seven years contracted to the Italian giants, Perisic has allegedly opted to depart San Siro for the final phase of his career.
The 33-year-old has previously been linked with Chelsea, but it appears that the Croatia international's only target is a reunion with Antonio Conte at Spurs.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Perisic is already in London to undergo a medical with the Premier League club.
The report claims that all parties have reached an agreement over a two-year contract, putting Perisic in line to become Spurs' first signing of the summer.
The versatile playmaker has just enjoyed another productive year in Serie A, contributing eight goals and seven assists from 35 starts.
