West Ham United reportedly have an £11m option to sign Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Alphonse Areola on a permanent deal this summer.
The 29-year-old, who joined the Hammers on a season-long loan deal last summer, has played second fiddle to Lukasz Fabianski in the Premier League this season, starting only three times.
However, Areola was a regular fixture between the sticks during their impressive Europa League run to the semi-finals, starting in 11 of their 12 matches.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, negotiations between West Ham and Areola's representatives are already underway to discuss the player's future.
Romano adds that the Hammers have an £11m option to buy Areola this summer, or they could choose to sign the Frenchman on loan for another season.
Areola could become West Ham's new number one if he decides to stay at the London Stadium, as 37-year-old Fabianski is set to see his contract expire next month.
