Arsenal defender Calum Chambers and West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino are among the 24-man party involved in the England Under-21s' upcoming fixtures against Czech Republic and Germany.
Manager Gareth Southgate has picked the duo, as well as Everton defender John Stones, after they were left out of Roy Hodgson's senior squad for the international break.
Southampton left-back Matt Targett has received his first call-up to the Under-21s due to his impressive performances in the Premier League this season, while his teammate James Ward-Prowse has returned to the squad.
There is also a place for Manchester United's Jesse Lingard, who has not featured for the Young Lions since May due to injury.
The Under-21s will face Czech Republic in Prague on March 27 and Germany in Middlesbrough three days later.
