Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly 'in love' with Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare.
The 21-year-old was strongly linked with a move away from his Ligue 1 club during the January transfer window, but the deadline passed with the Frenchman still at Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
Real Madrid, Newcastle United and Barcelona have all recently been credited with an interest.
However, according to Sport, Liverpool boss Klopp is 'in love' with the France Under-21 international and could attempt to bring him to Anfield during this summer's transfer window.
Soumare has made 30 appearances for Les Dogues this season but has only featured in one of his team's last seven Ligue 1 matches, having allegedly shown his frustration at missing out on a winter move.
The midfielder's current deal with Christophe Galtier's side has little over two years left to run.
