West Bromwich Albion midfielder Gareth Barry has become the first player to make 650 appearances in the Premier League.
The 36-year-old, who surpassed Ryan Giggs in the all-time Premier League appearance list earlier this season, reached the landmark against one of his former clubs during this evening's clash with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
Barry was left out of the starting lineup for the relegation-threatened Baggies, but an injury to Grzegorz Krychowiak saw him come on as a sub shortly after the half-hour mark.
