Arsenal playmaker Santi Cazorla has labelled teammate Francis Coquelin as one of the best holding midfielders in the Premier League.
Coquelin produced a standout performance in the Gunners' midfield during their 2-0 home win over Stoke City, and Cazorla has since moved to state that the 24-year-old is a key component of Arsene Wenger's side.
"He's helped me a lot," Cazorla told the club's official website after the victory.
"He plays well, he defends well and I think he is one of the best players in this position. We are lucky because he plays for Arsenal and I enjoy it a lot with him in this position."
Coquelin has made 48 senior appearances for the Gunners.
