Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has admitted that he learned plenty of lessons during last season.
The 19-year-old England international scored three goals in 35 appearances for the Gunners in what was his second full campaign at the Emirates Stadium.
"It has been an up and down season for me but I have learned a lot," Oxlade-Chamberlain told Sky Sports News.
"I have made a few steps forward in certain areas of my game, and had a few setbacks that have helped me to learn.
"But I am happy with how my season has gone, and the way we finished with Arsenal. I'm really looking forward to next season."
Oxlade-Chamberlain joined Arsenal from Southampton in summer 2011.
