Arsenal have reportedly reached an agreement with Celtic over the transfer of Kieran Tierney.
The Gunners are said to have failed with two separate offers for the 22-year-old during this summer's transfer window.
However, according to Sky Sports News, an agreement between the two clubs has now been reached, meaning that Tierney will head to London ahead of signing a contract with Unai Emery's side.
The report does not mention a specific fee but points out that the Premier League club have already failed with bids of around £15m and £25m for the Scotland international ahead of the 2019-20 Premier League campaign.
The left-back, who could be joined at the Emirates Stadium by Chelsea's David Luiz, has not played for the Hoops this season as he continues to recover from a hernia operation.
Arsenal will begin their Premier League campaign with a trip to Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.
