Juventus coach Antonio Conte's 10-month suspension from Italian football has been upgraded to a worldwide ban by FIFA.
The 43-year-old was initially suspended in his native country for match-fixing violations. However the world governing body announced in a statement today that the ban "covers all types of matches, including domestic, international, friendly and official fixtures".
Conte will now be unable to coach his side during their visit to Chelsea in the Champions League on Wednesday, September 19.
Since Conte was handed his original ban on August 10, the Bianconeri have won all three of their competitive fixtures - scoring 10 goals in the process.
