Derby County manager Nigel Clough and his team of backroom staff have signed new deals with the club until 2015.
Clough's contract was due to expire at the end of this season and the 45-year-old had been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest.
Chief executive Tom Glick told the club website: "Our commitment to Nigel and his team has been consistent throughout, as we have always seen the incredible work taking place behind the scenes, with all levels of the club improving under his leadership."
Derby County are currently fourth in the Championship with 20 points from 11 games.
