Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has backed his team to get revenge on Poland when the sides meet again in Euro 2016 qualifying.
The world champions suffered a surprise 2-0 defeat in Warsaw on Saturday night - their first loss in a competitive fixture since June 2012.
However, Neuer is confident that he and his teammates will beat the Poles in the return fixture on September 4.
"It was an avoidable defeat," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "We didn't play badly. If we had scored the first goal, then we would have won.
"It was clear beforehand that the task of winning here in Warsaw against Poland would be very difficult, but when we play in our own stadium in Germany, then we will win."
Germany continue their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign on Tuesday when they host the Republic of Ireland.
