Leyton Orient and Swindon Town have both been charged by the Football Association following a "mass confrontation" during a recent match between the teams.
The incident happened towards the end of Swindon's 2-1 win at Brisbane Road on October 4.
"It is alleged that in or around the 92nd minute of this fixture, both clubs failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion," read a statement from the FA.
The two clubs have until 6pm on Friday to respond to the charge.
