Manchester City midfielder James Milner is reportedly still in talks with the club about signing a new deal, despite suggestions that negotiations have broken down.
The 28-year-old, whose current contract expires at the end of the season, confirmed after City's 2-0 win over Roma last week that talks had begun between both parties.
Despite rumours that negotiations had reached a stumbling block, the Manchester Evening News reports that the club are keen to keep hold of Milner and are relaxed about the situation.
Milner has made 23 appearances so far this season.
