Wolverhampton Wanderers, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are all reportedly interested in signing Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Palhinha during the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old was heavily linked with a move to a bigger club last summer, only for no teams to meet Sporting's valuation of the Portugal international.
However, according to Record, last season's Primeira Liga champions are willing to reduce their asking price to a minimum of €30m (£25.12m).
The report suggests that Palhinha's preference is to move to the Premier League, subsequently leading to Wolves, Man United and Spurs being named as potential destinations.
Representatives of Palhinha are said to have initiated contact in recent days, leaving it up to the clubs to contemplating an official approach over the coming days.
Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are also alleged to be monitoring the situation, even though they are seemingly regarded as outsiders.
