FIFA have reportedly decided against placing blame on the Polish Football Association after the roof at the National Stadium in Warsaw was not closed, which caused England's 2014 World Cup qualifier to be called off on Tuesday.
Organisers were forced to move the clash to Wednesday, where both sides played out a 1-1 draw, due to a waterlogged pitch.
While the option of having the roof on was refused by the Polish authorities ahead of the game, FIFA have deemed that it would have not been safe to close the roof in the torrential conditions, according to The Express.
The world governing body are believed to have looked through match commissioner Danijel Jost's report in full yesterday.
