Sporting Lisbon winger Gelson Martins is reportedly attracting interest from Everton.
The Portugal international is one of several players expected to terminate their contract at the club this week and the Blues are keen to enter talks with him, according to The Telegraph.
Everton's new director of football Marcel Brands and manager Marco Silva are yet to make their first signing, but are said to have drawn up a shortlist of potential recruits.
Martins is reportedly high on the list, along with Ajax's highly-rated young defender Matthijs De Ligt.
Reports suggest that Everton could face competition from elsewhere for both players.
