Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has revealed that England manager Roy Hodgson has spoken to him about a possible England call-up.
The England under-21 international has become a regular starter at White Hart Lane in recent Premier League matches, which has led to Hodgson speaking to him about a promotion to his senior squad.
Kane told Sky Sports News: "Roy spoke to me the last time we met up at St Geroge's and he said to just keep going, getting my games and goals.
"Obviously he picks players on form and hopefully I can continue to do that until the next international break and then we will see what happens."
Kane has scored 11 goals in 19 appearances across all competitions for Spurs this season.
