Premier League outfit Sunderland are reported to have scouted two League Two players.
The Black Cats recently watched Hartlepool United defender Jack Baldwin in action, according to The People.
The report then added that a Sunderland scout was present at Victoria Park yesterday afternoon to cast an eye over Rochdale striker Scott Hogan, who found the net during his side's 2-0 FA Cup victory over Leeds United last weekend.
It is believed that Peterborough United recently had a £1m bid turned down for the 21-year-old.
