West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley feels that it is crucial that he and his teammates end their poor run of form with a win against Newcastle United.
The Baggies have lost back-to-back games to West Ham United and Arsenal which has taken the shine of their solid season in the top flight.
McAuley told the Express and Star: "We were disappointed at West Ham. We let ourselves down in that game and the goals against Arsenal were disappointing, even though we could have got something from that game.
"We have lost two and we need to put it right. With Newcastle coming up, there is no better game to do it."
Wesr Brom are eighth in the Premier League with six games to play this season.
