West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke has said that he hopes defender Jonas Olsson will extend his contract with the club.
Olsson is entering the final year of his current deal and Clarke is keen to see the 29-year-old commit his future to the Baggies.
"Jonas has a year left on his contract and he understands that," said Clarke.
"I think he'll make decisions based on what's best for him and his family. Hopefully it's a positive decision for us."
Olsson joined West Brom in 2008 from Dutch side NEC Nijmegen, and has since made 128 appearances for the club.
