Ulster's Chris Henry will remain at Ravenhill until 2014 after signing a two-year contract extension.
The 27-year-old played a key part in Ulster's progress to the Magners League play-offs and the Heineken Cup quarter-finals last season.
"I'm delighted to have signed the extension," said Henry. "It's something you have to think about hard but as far as I'm concerned I've had an absolute blast in my last couple of seasons at Ulster and this is where I want to be.
"I've dealt with [coach] Brian [McLaughlin] for a long time now since we worked together at Ulster Schools and I've built up a good relationship with him and the rest of the coaching staff as well."
Henry, who has been capped once by Ireland, joined Ulster in 2006.
Ulster take on Scarlets in their next match on Saturday, October 29.
