Report: Arsenal hoping to tempt James Rodriguez from Real Madrid

A report claims that Arsenal will move for Real Madrid's Colombian attacker James Rodriguez at the end of the season.

Arsenal will reportedly attempt to sign James Rodriguez from Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The Colombian international has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the Los Blancos XI this term and Manchester United have been strongly linked with a summer move.

Earlier this week, it was claimed that Real Madrid were not prepared to sell the 24-year-old this summer, but according to AS, Arsenal will put an offer on the table when the transfer window opens next month.

James joined Real Madrid from AS Monaco in the summer of 2014 and has scored 25 times in 77 games for the Spanish giants, although only eight of those have come this season.
