Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven have dropped points for the second time this season after they drew 1-1 away at Heerenveen.
PSV almost took the lead in the fourth minute when Luuk de Jong wriggled free in the box, but his header from a corner went over the bar.
De Jong had another chance shortly after from a corner, but his header was cleared off the line by Henk Veerman.
After the break, the hosts took the lead when left-back Caner Cavlan slammed a penalty into the back of the net after the refeering pointed to the spot for a foul by Davy Propper.
However, it didn't last long as De Jong equalised against the run of play from close range.
Heerenveen pushed forward for a winner, as Sam Larsson's low shot went narrowly wide, but PSV held firm to secure a point.
