Queens Park Rangers winger Junior Hoilett has called on the team to develop a ruthless streak if they want to gain promotion.
The R's got their Championship campaign off to a winning start against Sheffield Wednesday, but could only draw 1-1 at Huddersfield Town last weekend.
"As soon as we're more clinical in the final third, we'll turn draws like Saturday's into wins," Hoilett told the club's official website.
"I've every confidence that once we find that ruthless streak we all know we're capable of, we'll finish teams off."
QPR return to league action on Saturday when they host Ipswich Town at Loftus Road.
