Reading manager Brian McDermott has revealed that he can't wait for his side to face Arsenal in the Premier League on Monday.
The Royals are currently bottom of the table following Tuesday's 3-0 defeat at Sunderland.
Despite their poor start to the season, McDermott is eager for his players to start picking up points.
"We want to get out on the pitch and perform again," McDermott told Sky Sports News. "We just need a result for it to change.
"We're playing at home which is massively important for us. We have home games coming up which is important because the Madejski will be integral to where we end up."
Monday's opponents Arsenal come to the Madejski Stadium in eighth place in the standings.
