Grimsby Town have set up a replay with Shrewsbury Town after the two sides played out a goalless draw in their FA Cup second-round tie at Blundell Park.
The National League side dominated for much of the evening, but Shrewsbury ensured that the tie would go to a replay to decide who will face Cardiff City in the third round.

It was the home side who made the bright start, and hopes of an upset were raised when Padraig Amond sent a deflected effort just past the post early on.
Grimsby refused to take a backward step in possession as Shrewsbury struggled to contain the hosts, with only a fine save from Jayson Leutwiler denying Jon-Paul Pittman after the winger had cut inside to create space.
Shrewsbury found it difficult to create opportunities at the other end, and they were dealt a blow before the break when the in-form Leutwiler was forced off due to injury.

Another opportunity arrived for Grimsby early in the second half when a free kick found Aristote Nsiala, who could only send his header wide after finding space in the box.
The visitors started to enjoy more possession as the game progressed, but they enjoyed a slice of luck when Conor Townsend's cross struck the crossbar to the frustration of the home fans.
Shrewsbury threatened the Grimsby defence more often late on, and a clever passing move could have created a winner when Sullay Kaikai sent his shot over from a promising position, but the two sides would eventually be forced to settle for a replay.
