Victoria Azarenka has revealed that she loves Centre Court at Wimbledon following her victory over Ana Ivanovic earlier this evening.
The world number two dropped just one game under the roof at SW19 on her way to booking her place in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Despite having to endure a delay while the roof was closed, Australian Open champion Azarenka admitted that she did not mind what surroundings she played in.
"The atmosphere out there on Centre Court is so special," she told BBC Sport. "You walk out there and you want to play your best. When it works out, it's a perfect combination. I hope I can give more.
"I'm always looking to improve but today I really stepped it up from my previous matches. It's different when the roof is closed - it's less windy.
"I love Centre Court - covered, uncovered, raining, not raining, it's beautiful."
Azarenka will now face Tamira Paszek for a place in the semi-final.
