Juventus have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Chelsea midfielder Juan Cuadrado on a permanent basis for £15.75m.
The 27-year-old joined Chelsea from Fiorentina on a four-and-a-half-year deal in January, making 15 appearances for the club before being sent to the Serie A champions on loan in the summer.
Cuadrado has scored one goal in 12 Juventus matches so far this season, and according to the London Evening Standard the Colombian will join the club permanently in January for £15.75m.
Cuadrado has made 46 international appearances for Colombia, scoring five goals.
