Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde is reportedly hopeful of securing a transfer to Chelsea this summer.
The European champions attempted to prise the France international away from Julen Lopetegui's side ahead of the 2021-22 season but could not meet Los Palanganas' asking price.
Kounde has since played an integral role in Sevilla's La Liga title charge this season, but Chelsea reportedly still view the 23-year-old as a leading target for the summer window.
According to Fichajes, Sevilla have already accepted that Kounde will be moving on at the end of the current campaign, and the defender is pining for a move to Stamford Bridge.
The report adds that Sevilla have earmarked Torino defender Bremer as an ideal replacement for Kounde, who is also thought to be on the radar of Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City.
Kounde has one goal and one assist to his name from 28 matches in a Sevilla shirt this term and is under contract with the La Liga powerhouses until 2024.
