AC Milan have denied that club president Silvio Berlusconi sent any letter to Il Processo di Biscardi about a "complete change" this summer.
The Italian's letter was read out live on television, sparking speculation that coach Massimiliano Allegri and CEO Adriano Galliani both will be sacked.
"Honorary President Silvio Berlusconi announces he did not make any statements today nor wrote a letter about Milan," reads a statement on Milan's official website.
However, Il Processo di Biscardi have insisted that they were dictated the message in a recorded phone call.
"This evening President Berlusconi called me up personally and apologised for not being able to make the phone interview, but instead gave me this message that he said he trusted me to read without changing a single comma," Aldo Biscardi said.
"I recorded his message on my phone and I stand by it, absolutely. If the Milan website released this statement denying it, then that is down to internal politics."
Milan finished third in Serie A in the 2012-13 season.
