Barcelona considering bid for Lazio forward Ciro Immobile?

Lazio forward Ciro Immobile reportedly emerges as a potential transfer target for Barcelona, who are looking to replace Luis Suarez.

Barcelona have allegedly identified Lazio forward Ciro Immobile as a potential transfer target.

At a time when Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez could both leave Camp Nou, Ronald Koeman must look for replacements for the legendary pair ahead of the new campaign.

While a number of players are being linked with the Catalan giants, Sport claims that Immobile is very much on Barcelona's radar.

Despite enjoying a much-travelled career, the 30-year-old has put together a remarkable record at Lazio, contributing 103 goals from 142 appearances in Serie A.

Thirty-six of those strikes came during the most recent campaign, seeing the Italy international win the European Golden Shoe.

Although it is widely perceived that Immobile is irreplaceable at Stadio Olimpico, Lazio may be willing to sell their star man for £45m.
