Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has reportedly emerged as a doubt for his team's Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night.
The Spain international was replaced in the second half of Madrid's 3-2 win over Levante on Saturday, with Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane revealing after the match that Ramos had an issue with his calf.
According to Football Espana, the injury sustained by the Madrid skipper was not serious, but he is facing a battle to be ready for the clash with the French champions next week.
Ramos was replaced by summer arrival Eder Militao against Levante, and the Brazil international could now be in line to partner Raphael Varane at the heart of the defence for Wednesday's encounter.
Zidane's side are third in La Liga after four matches of the 2019-20 campaign, having won twice and drawn twice to pick up eight points.
The Spanish giants are next in league action away to Sevilla on September 22, before facing Osasuna and Atletico Madrid in Spain's top flight before the end of the month.
