Warrington Wolves prop Anthony England could be banned for up to eight weeks after being accused of spitting at an opponent.

Warrington Wolves prop Anthony England has been charged by the Rugby Football League after being accused of spitting at an opponent.

The 28-year-old faces a Group E offence following an incident in the second half of the team's 30-19 defeat to Huddersfield Giants in the Super League yesterday.

England will appear before a disciplinary tribunal tomorrow, and will face a ban of four to eight weeks if found guilty.

England has featured in eight Super League matches for Warrington so far this season.
