Everton boss Sam Allardyce maintains stance on exit rumours

Everton boss Sam Allardyce reiterates that he is not leaving the club this summer.

Everton manager Sam Allardyce has reiterated that he will be in charge of the club next summer.

The Blues boss has been tipped to leave Goodison Park at the end of the season due to the growing discontent about his tenure among the club's fan base.

Allardyce, however, remains defiant about his future, pointing out during his latest press conference that he is still under contract and planning for next season.

"I have a contract. I still have a one-year deal and until somebody tells me otherwise, I will fulfil that contract," he told reporters ahead of Everton's final-day clash with West Ham United.

When asked whether he is planning for next season, the former England boss added: "I've already done that".

Numerous candidates, including outgoing Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and ex-Watford head coach Marco Silva, have been touted as potential replacements for Allardyce by the press.
