Italy midfielder Marco Verratti has no intention of leaving Paris Saint-Germain in the January transfer window, according to his agent.
Verratti has been consistently linked with a return to Serie A by the Italian press, with Fiorentina mentioned as his preferred destination after talks were held last summer.
The 20-year-old's representative Donato di Campli has insisted that the playmaker remains central to PSG's long-term plans, rubbishing speculation that his client is unhappy in the French capital.
Di Campli told Tuttomercatoweb: "Marco won't be leaving PSG in January. At this time he is doing very well in Paris and is not thinking about leaving.
"Even in the summer I can't see it happening. Marco is at the centre of the PSG project and the team won't want to sell him."
Verratti is currently on international duty with the Azzurri, joining Cesare Prandelli's squad for World Cup qualifiers against Denmark and Armenia.
