Real Madrid boss Rafael Benitez has once again insisted that there is no problem between him and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo's form has been called into question in recent weeks, while it is understood that the 30-year-old has a strained relationship with the manager.
Following last weekend's 4-0 home defeat to Barcelona, a report claimed that Ronaldo informed Real Madrid president Florentino Perez that he would leave next summer if Benitez was still in charge.
However, speaking to the media ahead of Wednesday's Champions League Group A match against Shakhtar Donetsk, Benitez once again denied that there is a problem between the two individuals.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is a great player, very important to us. I have no problem with him," Benitez told reporters.
Ronaldo has scored 13 times in 16 appearances this season, but five of those came in one match.
