Leeds United could move for Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez this summer, according to a report.

Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa is reportedly interested in bringing Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez to Elland Road during this summer's transfer window.

The 27-year-old ended the 2019-20 campaign in impressive fashion for the Gunners as an injury to Bernd Leno handed him the opportunity to make his mark.

Martinez was also given a start in Saturday's Community Shield against Liverpool, but Leno is still regarded as the number one goalkeeper at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are said to be prepared to sell the Argentine before the October 5 deadline, and according to the Daily Mail, Leeds are weighing up a move in the coming weeks.

The 27-year-old, who has less than two years left to run on his current deal, has been with the Gunners since 2010, having arrived from Independiente as a youngster.

Leeds will begin their 2020-21 Premier League campaign away to Liverpool on September 12.
